Leela Srinivasan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Lever. She is irrationally excited about all things recruiting and brings a wealth of industry, marketing and general business experience to Lever. Previously Leela served as VP of marketing at OpenTable, where she built product marketing from scratch and established the foundations of a B2B marketing team. Prior to that, Leela spent four and a half years as a marketing leader in LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business, co-founding the Talent Connect conference and contributing to the business scaling from $200M to $1B in revenues.

Amanda Bell is the Director of Recruiting at Lever where she oversees the hiring processes behind the talent building the innovative, candidate-centric applicant tracking system. Before joining the Lever team, Amanda was the technical recruiting manager at Yelp, managing a team of recruiters and coordinators while building out the recruiting and development strategies for university recruiting. Amanda received her bachelor's degree in English from Colorado State University. Outside of recruiting, she can be found reading, writing, and helping her women friends to negotiate to help lessen the gender wage gap.
