Paul Berggren is the founder and president of Crown Global HR, helping organizations across the nation bring clarity to their hiring and development processes. With nearly 30 years of experience in education and talent selection, he brings key qualities of adult development, collaboration, and insightful listening as a vital partner in hiring and leading people.
When Paul founded Crown in 2009, he emphasized close client partnerships to define a contemporary suite of new interview tools. These unique tools consistently screen, select, and develop professionals from the top executive and key specialty roles, to the
support services team. Using the insights gained from developing these tools, Paul has led talks and workshop trainings that have helped hundreds of organizational and HR leaders create high-performing teams.
Brandon Farrar
People Scientist

Brandon Farrar is a People Scientist with Crown Global HR. He started 3 years ago as an Interview Analyst, helping organizations bring clarity to their hiring decisions. His 15 years of professional experience in technology, business, research, and psychology provides him with additional insight into people, and aids him in his role. He has a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is ABD (All But Dissertation), and is currently working toward his PhD.
As a People Scientist, Brandon uses a blend of psychology and data science in the development and research of each tool Crown offers. He helps ensure all current and new tools maintain relevance, reliability and validity. Using the insights gained from Crown, he has partnered with numerous organizations to help develop new and innovative tools for HR professionals around the globe.
Dr. Lisa Andrejko
Strategic Education Advisor
Dr. Lisa Andrejko, former superintendent in two Pennsylvania school districts, is currently an independent Strategic Education Advisor for educational technology integration, cyber/online learning, administration leadership, teacher supervision, and curriculum. Most recently she has consulted for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the U.S. DOE Future Ready summits. As a former middle school principal, she spearheaded the school reform required to earn National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence honors and has been a K-12 technology director.
With a reputation as a turnaround specialist, Andrejko has been responsible for spearheading large scale change initiatives such as alternative education, competency-based grading in K-12 and creation of an award winning K-12 cyber education program blended with traditional education – all resulting in outstanding gains in student achievement. Her work has been published in several publications. She was named Tech Savvy Superintendent by eSchool News and a Top 40 Education Innovator by the Center for Digital Education.
